Established in 2008, L.R. Weedon Joinery is the local carpenter and joiner of choice for several estate agents, businesses & landlords as well as private clients in the Salisbury area and beyond.
Customers include John Jeffrey’s estate agents, Wilton Baptist Church, St Johns Place Lower Bemerton, and numerous local landlords as well as private clients located across the south of England from Dorset to London and occasionally as far afield as Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Leon qualified as a carpenter and joiner with full City & Guilds accreditation in 1993, and after some time spent working in the retail sector, he then spent a decade working for the local council in their housing repairs department before setting out to run his own carpentry and joinery business.

Leon has been married to Alex for over 20 years. Alex currently works part time as an administrator for the Church of England and helps with the business as needed – you may even find her on site in her bright pink L.R. Weedon Joinery t-shirt!
Leon and Alex have 2 teenage sons who attend a local Sixth Form College and a local Upper School and can also occasionally be found helping out on site during the school holidays.
